Information on Universal Studios Japan Halloween Horror Nights 2024 will be announced around July 2024. It is expected that the event will be held for about two months from early September to early November in 2024.

Bhazard (Resident Evil) , which appeared in Horror Night in the past with various stories and experience methods, will appear again in 2022.
There are two routes, which the creatures you encounter are different, so let’s experience the two routes.

Status of Numbered Tickets issuance of Legend of Fear

In 2023, there is no need for a numbered ticket for the attraction, the waiting time would be about 30 to 100 minutes during daytime. At night time, there were many days which you can enter in 5 to 20 minutes.
A lot of people are able to enjoy the attraction, so I think it’s smooth enough that you don’t need a numbered ticket.

2023 has the most types of zombies ever! !

You can find them all over the park! !

[Those who are not good at it. ] If you are too scared and want to run away, walk on the sidewalk. It is very dangerous to run and hit people. If you are worried about panic, I recommend watching from a distance. Zombies in 2022 are terrifying. Please note that it will be different from the loose horror nights of last year.

What is the origin of the name of Hamikuma?

Hamikuma is the ruler of Halloween Horror Nights.
One day, a bear was torn apart by a man because it seemed suspicious that it would move.

Hamikuma lost his life because various things stuck out from his body.

■ How to get a numbered ticket (e-numbered ticket) for attractions using the app

First, install the USJ official app on your smartphone.

※Let’s do this work by the day before.

Read the QR code on the back of the admission ticket into the app.
If you go with a family or group, scan the code for everyone.

*If you register separately with your friend, you will need to take a numbered ticket at the same time, so it is safer to register on one smartphone.

You can register the QR code by reading the QR code on the back of the ticket directly with the camera.
There is a way to register the QR code saved on your smartphone.

If you purchased a type of admission ticket that displays a QR code on your phone, such as direct-in, scan the admission ticket and select “Load from library" to register.

Notes for Horror night numbered ticket

If you take one of the Horror Attraction numbered tickets, you will not be able to get it until the time for the attraction.
For example, if you want a ticket for 13:30 to 13:45, you can earn it after 13:31.

Therefore, if you take the Biohazard Leon route, which runs out of numbered tickets early, the time to get numbered tickets for Claire’s route and Sherlock Holmes will be late.

Weekdays are the best time to enjoy all the attractions of Horror Nights.
However, for those who can only go on weekends and holidays, I will introduce a recommended way to go around.

Order to take numbered tickets

Some of the Horror attractions would distribute numbered tickets.
If you take any numbered ticket for a horror attraction, you can’t get another number ticket until it is time to experience the acquired attraction.
Therefore, even if you enter in the morning, you cannot get all of the numbered tickets at once.

We recommend that you start with the most popular attractions.

Take from the Biohazard numbered ticket

Biohazard The Extreme + is the most popular attraction.
The Leon route is especially hot.
Maybe there are many people who want to meet the main handsome character.

If you can get a numbered ticket right after you enter the park at an early time, you may be able to get a numbered ticket for the Leon route in the morning.
If it’s afternoon, I think you should give up the Leon route and get the Claire route.

You can also get a paper numbered ticket, but if you use the official app, you can get a numbered ticket as soon as you enter and know in advance, so we recommend using the app.

*In the case of numbered ticket machines, you can choose either the Leon route or the Claire route, and then you can check out the time you can select after operating the machine.

Take Legend of Fear for the next

Let’s take the numbered ticket for Legends of Fears second.
If you have the ticket, you can experience it just by standing in line for about 5 to 15 minutes.

On weekdays, you will wait in line for 30 to 60 minutes from noon without a numbered ticket.
On Saturdays and Sundays, you may not necessarily need a numbered ticket in evenings and nights, if there are vacancies.

Take the Chucky between the others

The waiting time seems to be long because it is a new horror attraction that walks with 3D glasses.
Experiencing at night can leave you with little time for seeing the zombies.

I think you should enjoy it in the daytime.

Go between 7 to 8 AM on weekends & holidays

On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during Horror Night, the park opens at the scheduled time of 8:00 to 9:00. But there is a possibility that the park will open at 7:15 in the morning, even on the day when it is scheduled at 9:00.
Due to the popularity of Horror Night, Pokemon Show, and NOLIMIT Parade, the opening time is quite early, so please be aware that it may be a very late experience if you go on time and enter.

It would be ideal if you arrive by 6:50.

If you are an annual pass user and are staying at the hotel for several nights, it would be nice to enter early in the morning and enjoy, then return to the hotel and enjoy the zombies from the evening until the park closes.
